Can a family member accompany me during my health travel?

Go Health plans its services not only for the patient, but also ensuring that their companions have a great experience. The number of people accompanying the patient should be specified on the first interview in order to adjust the size of the services requested.

What services are included in my quote?

The quote you receive includes a transportation service that covers your entire health itinerary from the moment you arrive at the airport, accommodations, specialist fees, hospital expenses, Medical Tourism Insurance (optional), and 24/7 attendance by the Go Health Team personnel.

How long will my hospitalization last?

The length of the hospitalization will be defined entirely by the specialist physician, while the itinerary will be adjusted to the recommendations and care suggested by them. This way we support patients during their quick recovery.

Is it safe traveling to Mexico?

Mexico is full of colors and contrasts, being the seventh most visited country in the world. You can rest assured that you can travel calmly and safely by following the recommendations that the Go Health Team will provide, as well as your common sense, in order to guarantee a memorable stay.

How and when should the payment be made?

Go Health does not require an advanced payment. The total amount of your bill should be made in 2 installments, making the first payment of 50% when you arrive at the hotel, and the remaining 50% when you are discharged from the hospital.

Can Go Health provide a medical opinion?

Even though the Go Health Team is comprised of certified physicians, it is best that any recommendation or medical opinion is given by the specialist consulted.
